Half Term Workshop: Animals and Nature Week, Creative Arts Club
You don't have to decamp to the countryside this half term to give the little ones a nature-filled adventure. Notting Hill favourites the Creative Arts Club are hosting a wonderful wildlife expedition to uncover nature in London.
The young explorers will delve through the treasures displayed at The Natural History Museum where the wealth of images and facts will help to inspire and educate about the natural world and its inhabitants.
Then, the children are invited to interpret this information creatively back at the Creative Arts Club Studio using a variety of artistic techniques including, sketching, printing and collage making. From the basics of drawing to incorporating found objects into a mini masterpiece, the hands on workshop helps to convert imagination into artworks.
Throughout the week the children will work on their very own collection of art to take home and display: drawings, paintings, a handmade tote bag and even a collage created from found natural treasures, kept safely in a 3D frame. The sessions run from 9am to 12 noon each day and you can either book the morning sessions individually (£45 per workshop) or book the whole week for £225.

Suitable for ages 5-7 years.
