Mr. Men and Little Miss Mini Museum, OXO Tower

Say 'goodbye' to your very own little Mr. Grumpy this summer, and welcome Mr. Happy in his stead, by keeping the family entertained with the opening of the OXO gallery on the Southbank's pop-up exhibition across the August bank-holiday weekend.

To celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Mr. Men and Little Miss series, families are invited to join Little Miss Sunshine, Mr. Bump, Mr. Tickle and all their favourites at an exhibition featuring hundreds of pieces of memorabilia from the Mr. Men world.



The exhibit has been specially designed to be at a child's height, and little ones are invited to read one of the classic tales in a story time library area before taking a picture inside 'Happyland', a room full of pictures of their favourite characters.

Visitors are invited to upload a picture of their own favourite piece of Mr. Men Little Miss memorabilia from home, to add to the reel used throughout the exhibition. The first forty-five guests to do so will be presented with a limited edition print, signed by Adam Hargreaves - son of the original author.

Families take note: guests also have the chance to purchase a personalised print of a Mr. Men or Little Miss to take home and keep as a memory from this special day out.
