Gin Mixology Showcase at the Our/London Distillery
Our/London is back for another delicious mixology showcase, only this time with ingredients found around London
Our/London is offering a mixology showcase using their new gin
Our/Vodka started with the singular intention of making vodka around the world – in Berlin, New York, and London – with ingredients specific to location. Only vodka, right? That’s what they're aiming for...
But underneath the station at Hackney Downs, Our/London is changing the game entirely – expanding their talents to another delicious spirit: Gin. And now, they're offering a new mixology showcase featuring their new drink, which is flavoured with Szechuan peppers.
More than that, the showcase offers the chance to mix with a different set of ingredients: local, London plants!
In a guided tour by the author and forager John Rensten, ticket-holders will walk around the inner city – examining all the plants that can be used in food and drink. Upon returning to the distillery, the mixologer Andrea will prepare some gins that use those London-based herbs and botanicals.
As well as delicious drinks and a beautiful walk, ticket-holders will also receive a complimentary bottle of Vodka (350ml) and a copy of Rensten’s book The Edible City. Book now for this tasty offer!
