Tom Kerridge at Jumeirah Tower introduces one of the UK's most celebrated Michelin-starred British chefs to London

Tom Kerridge at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, Knightsbridge
The Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge (the hotel next to Harrods) is to lose its iconic Rib Room restaurant, first opened in 1961. But it's for a good cause. There are no other Michelin-starred British chefs like Tom Kerridge - and the celebrated chef will finally open his first London restaurant here later in 2017.

Tom Kerridge runs the twice-Michelin-starred pub The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, and sister offshoot non-bookable pub, The Coach Marlow. Tom's pubs describe his cooking as "sophisticated and familiar", in a relaxed pub setting.

The Hand and Flowers is the country's only pub to have been awarded two Michelin stars, for its clever British cooking.

All eyes will be on Kerridge as he makes this surprising move from country pub to upmarket Knightsbridge hotel.

Tom's press team have said that more details will be announced in the spring of 2017, so we'll update with information when we can.
