Encant: Covent Garden Tapas Restaurant
Bravas Tapas, Tower Bridge has long been tickling tastebuds with its authentic Spanish cuisine and informal atmosphere.
Now co-founder Victor Garvey has fled the Bravas nest to start his own solo venture, Encant, in Covent Garden.

Tapas restaurants in the area are few and far between, and this offering has an enticing menu. With all-Spanish wines and delicious small plates in an intimate, 26 cover venue, it provides a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of tourist central.

From cured salmon rulada with crispy sweet potato, red onion escabeche and wasabi alioli to Iberico pork belly with piquillo pepper glaze, these sound good enough to make us salivate. Bravas tapas' own notorious foie gras crema Catalana will also making a worthy appearance.
