Enter The Tasting Rooms at Broadgate Ice Rink, featuring produce from Sourced Market—daily purveyors of seasonal, fresh produce, right in the heart of St. Pancras—and cooking by BBQ experts Smokestak. With smoked loin back-bacon baps, freshly baked Crosstown Doughnuts and a specially roasted coffee from Mission Coffee Work, this could easily become part of your winter’s morning routine.
Those who work locally can pop back for a quick lunch—we’ve got our eyes on the beef brisket bun with sweet vinegar slaw. Come evening, diners can grab a plate to share, with pulled pork sliders, St Louis pork ribs, chipotle wings, and grilled potato. An East London pop-up would be nothing without its craft ales—the acclaimed Five Points Brewing Company and Camden Town Brewery both make the cut. For those who aren’t beer fans, there's also mulled wine and cider, though we'll be on the hot toddies.
