Ben Spalding, Stripped Back & No Rules

Innovative young chef Ben Spalding, of such acclaim as the Fat Duck and Le Manoir, brings two experimental culinary projects to London this winter.

Having worked at some of the best restaurants in London and the country, rising culinary star Ben Spalding has turned his attention to his own projects, Stripped Back & No Rules.
These events, which are inspired by a commitment to fine dining without pretension, occur weekly, with Stripped Back taking place most Thursdays and Fridays, and No Rules on specific dates this winter.
Stripped Back, which has been popping up throughout the city to huge acclaim, offers affordable, accessible dining, drawing inspiration from his background in haute cuisine and his love of the city’s street food scene.
No Rules takes a more experimental approach, as the chefs prepare the food at your table, and push diners to try new ingredients and dishes.
Having honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens from the Fat Duck to Le Manoir, Spalding’s refreshing take on fine dining makes this solo venture an unmissable addition to the city’s culinary scene.
