The Pudding Bar

The Pudding Bar brings a unique idea to Soho this July: a pop-up dessert bar. London dessert lovers can come to sample the sweet treats on offer

For those with the sweetest of tooths who would do away with those superfluous savoury courses, a trip to the Pudding Bar, opening on 26 Greek Street (the site that previously contained Churchill’s Port House) this month, is a must. The creation of Emily Dickinson, Pete Cawston and Oliver Whitford-Knight, The Pudding Bar throws any sort of calorie caution to the wind by providing small cakes and treats in a relaxed, café-esque environment by day, while serving plated desserts paired with wine by night. The kitchen is headed by ex-Gordon Ramsey chef Laura Hallwood, so be sure to expect weird and wonderful masterpieces that melt in the mouth. This pop-up will undoubtedly rival Pollen Street Social’s dessert bar in terms of quality at considerably lower prices.

The debut menu will feature a host of sweet treats including an Earl Grey Panna Cotta and a selection of choux buns with chocolate creams, caramel sauce and pistachios.

The Pudding Bar is open Monday to Saturday from 7am until midnight, and on Sundays from 7am until 11pm.
