From French plaits and fishtails to stylish corn rows, customers can choose from a menu of 12 styles named after supermodels. This is a perfect way to entertain the girls of the family should you be looking for things to do at the weekend.
Sarah Hiscox, co-founder of the Braid Bar, Selfridges said the idea for the new London pop up came about "after repeated requests from my daughter Lucy to braid her hair, I realised that there was nowhere in London that I could take her to get a quick braid and not have to pay a fortune for it. With the help of Willa – a close friend, fashion stylist and all-round girl about town – we saw there was a gap in the market that needed to be filled."

Selfridges is the home to high end, contemporary designers. Whereas Harvey Nichols and Harrods clearly cater for the luxury, sophisticated market, Selfridges has carved itself a niche as being the 'cool' department store.
