New York Fashion Film Festival 2014: Short Films

Nothing like some lazy Sunday afternoon movies to help you unwind at the end of the week. True, these short fashion films aren't your average go to whilst slumped on the sofa, but if you're looking for a chilled cultural event this weekend then a visit to the Photographers' Gallery is a must.
Brought to you all the way from across the Atlantic, the gallery will screen the best fashion films of 2014 and 2013. This includes everything from Opening Ceremony to Prada, with a particularly provocative short from photographer Steven Meisel - for those that enjoy sensational images visit the Guy Bourdin exhibition at Somerset House.
Not only does this promise to be a visual feast but your ears will benefit too. The fashion film songs are impeccably chosen, with an especially melancholic soundtrack to Gordon von Steiner's short for Givenchy.
