Cosy up in the intimate candlelit Playhouse this winter with classic stories told by some of the Globe theatre's finest actors, accompanied by atmospheric live music.
Featuring a wide range of some of the most famous literary tales out there, the Globe's choice of Winter tales is every literature lover's dream.
Amongst many highlights are a selection of D H Lawrence's tales, featuring Odour of Chrysanthemums and performed in Roger Allam dulcet tones, as well as F Scott Fizgerald's The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, performed by James Norton with Gwilym Simcock. Daphne du Maurier and Anton Chekhov also make the list, of course.
Come one, come all to escape the winter winds, gather in the candlelight, and listen to some classic tales.
