Din Tai Fung are coming to London for what will be the first European outpost of their popular Taiwanese restaurant which has expanded throughout Asia and Australia. Two of their restaurants in Hong Kong have held Michelin stars despite being very affordable and wide ranging.
They will be serving up their signature xialongbao - steamed pork soup dumplings - definitely a trend to look out for in 2018.
Also on the menu will be bad, soups and noodle dishes.
