Umu offers up your favourite Japanese dishes made in the most authentic way possible. Savour in exquisite bento, sushi, noodles and tempura, all created with both home-grown and Japanese-produced ingredients. Executive chef Yoshinori Ishii is the heart and soul of Umu, and his role extends far beyond food preparation. The ceramic tableware is handmade by Ishii himself, and he also designs the traditional flower arrangements placed around the restaurant.
