An organic, zero waste, vegetarian restaurant, Tiny Leaf turns surplus organic fruits and vegetables from reputable organic suppliers.
Now Tiny Leaf are teaming up with Peardrop to launch a supperclub with a twist: giving their chefs 48 hours to hunt down and cook the most delicious surplus food they can find in London.
For £40 the team will be serving up three courses along with canapés, cocktails and plenty of dancing.
For the eco-conscious among you, is this is definitely one for the diary.
