Who doesn't dream of owning that perfect pair of Jimmy Choo shoes? Impeccable fit, colour to match the outfit and that elegant, luxury design that someone encapsulates you perfectly?
Now at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge, for two weeks only, a Made-To-Order service gives customers the opportunity to play around with Jimmy Choo's suite of signature styles, shades and materials to make the perfect shoe. Pick the heel height, materials and colours and play with Jimmy Choo's designs: Anouk, coupled with a limited edition vintage floral, or Lance and Tite - both of which lend themselves to customisation, or ivory satin Xenia sandals that Jimmy Choo recommends as a bridal choice.
All those fashionistas with a keen eye for what the fashion world was wearing at Glastonbury this year will know that monogramming shoes (or wellingtons) is bang-on-trend and will want to snap up the chance to monogram the soles of their new Jimmy Choos shoes as well as design the look.
The sleek, feminine Jimmy Choo shoes - now under the stewardship of Jimmy Choo's Creative Director Sandra Choi - have long been a favourite among celebrities and style icons, from Princess Diana who famously would order one style in several colours to match her eveningwear and co-ordinate her day suits, to Sex in the City's fictional Carrie Bradshaw, who can be seen fawning over shoes at a screening at the V&A's shoe exhibition, Pleasure and Pain, surrounded by the jewels in the crown of Jimmy Choo's shoe collections.
This is a rare opportunity to add some of your own personality to a timeless classic. For the Jimmy Choo Made-To-Orders service, prices start at £495.00 and the bespoke shoes will be ready for collection within 12 to 14 weeks.

Of his style, Choo says: "There is an elegance, a femininity, maybe a sexiness." Little surprise his shoes were a favourite of Princess Diana, who would buy one style in several colours to co-ordinate with her day and eveningwear.
