New Theatre London 2015
A new play by Anat Gov opens at the Arcola Theatre this week  following the experiences of protagonist Carrie Evans, who has cancer. A renowned theatre star, and not yet 50, she arrives at the London clinic prepared for the treatment but unprepared for the other patients that are on the ward. Their startling experiences give Carrie an unexpected, life-changing insight.
Directed by WhatsOnStage-nominated Guy Retallack and starring Gillian Kirkpatrick (American Psycho at the Almeida, Chess at the Union), Karen Archer (As You Like It and Hamlet at the RSC) and Jodie Jacobs(Little Shop of Horrors, Fame and Rent in the West End) Happy Ending is a witty new musical about dying well.
If you're looking for things to do in London this weekend, book Happy Endings at the Arcola now to enjoy a thought provoking musical.

Jidori is London’s major yakitori restaurant, a popular type of eatery in Japan where the menu consists of one main dish: chicken skewers. Here you can sample a wide range of these Japanese-style kebabs and more to get a flavour of authentic Japanese street food. The tsukune minced chicken skewer and katsu curry scotch egg are particular favourites of ours.

There are now two Jidori spots in London, one in Covent Garden and one in Dalston - stay up-to-date with our London restaurant guide!
