By Lucy Brooks on 21/7/2020

The gym is coming outside as fitness studios and trainers adapt to restrictions and launch outdoor exercises classes in London's green spaces. So you if Zoom classes have lost their va-va-voom, sign up for a real-life outdoor workout, guided by an expert trainer, with social-distancing measures to help you shape up safely.

Digme Outdoors, Covent Garden

Digme Fitness was one of the first major gyms to switch its studios for the online sphere and offer a wide range of classes on IGTV in the face of the coronavirus pandemic. The high-end studio – which recently acquired Another Space gym from Third Space – is now offering exclusive outdoor classes in the lead up to reopening. Based in Covent Garden, the al fresco workouts comprise weekly HIIT and yoga classes, which are open to just five attendees per session. The classes are running from 21 July until 26 August, and those who take part will leave with a VIP goody bag filled with healthy treats.
