You'll find performances and installations in The Mosaic Rooms, Kensington gallery that break the rules of conventional painting, photography, sculpture and film to create an entirely new dialogue. The show is grounded in the children's game 'I Spy with My Little Eye...' and how little ones purposefully single out objects. No longer just a whimsical game, I Spy with My Little Eye has dark undertones of the rising young generation's ability to create a new formal language.
Check out thrilling works by Caline Aoun, George Awde, Mirna Bamieh, Nour Bishouty, Pascal Hachem, Charbel-joseph H. Boutros, Aya Haidar, Geörgette Power, Joe Namy, Stéphanie Saadé, Siska, Lara Tabet and Tala Worrell.
This show is balanced on a delicate framework, fragile that reveals Beirut's exciting resurgence as a centre of creative sparks.
