Details are scant, but we do know that it will be a monologue (with barking support from Pan), on the difference between animal and human minds, with a comedic twist. Rossellini will look to the very latest scientific research to consider emotion and intelligence in animals and explore what it truly means to be human.

During the performance, the Blue Velvet star will take the role of Descartes, Aristotle, Charles Darwin, a medieval theologian and even Harvard Professor F.S. Skinner. Her canine 'supporting artist' Pan will help turn the whole experience into a ‘little circus’.

Though she is famed for her great beauty, Rossellini also has creativity running through her veins. The daughter of legendary actress Ingrid Bergman and director Roberto Rossellini, her film career is notable for brave and unusual choices of role. If her previous show Green Porno is anything to go by, Link Link should be a hilariously weird and wonderful way to spend an evening with one of Hollywood’s finest, and her dog.
