Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol is a story of immersion: crotchety old miser Ebenezer Scrooge is thrown into three different Christmasses on his journey of enlightenment.

Now you, too, can immerse yourself in Christmas past, present and future and Scrooge invites Londoners into his Parlour for a festive show-turned-dinner-party.

Hartshorn - Hook Productions (the Oliver-winning production company behind the immersive Great Gatsby) have transformed Mayfair's Immersive LDN space into an ornate Victorian home, radiating cosy festivity.

Dickens’ classic novel is 'lovingly bastardised' by Alexander Wright and condensed into a two man show. Join in parlour games with Jacob Marley, make Scrooge cringe with your cheery carol singing and learn how a sweet young boy grows up to become avaricious and cold. WIth a little trickery and some audience enthusiasm, Scrooge might just learn to love Christmas.

Then comes the main event - a two-course Christmas feast with all the trimmings. There’s nothing stingy or Scroogeish about the feast - platters groan under piles of golden roast potatoes and crispy pigs in blankets.

Once full of turkey and mulled wine, Scrooge begins to thaw… His hilarious, unihibited spree of Christmas joy is the hilarious highlight of the night. And guests are welcome to stick around in the bar late into the night to get merry.
