To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Modern Poetry in Translation, Kings Place is hosting a unique spoken word event to memorialise its co-founder, Ted Hughes. Since its establishment in 1965, the publication has been working to make English and international poetry more accessible to a wider audience. Poet in the City is taking up the baton this November with an evening dedicated to celebrating ex Poet Laureate, Ted Hughes.
