Recently, superhero films like Wolverine and Black Panther have dominated the big screen. Now, ZSL London Zoo brings us back to the true inspiration behind the origin stories.

This Easter, daring families are invited to embark on the Superpowers Trail to learn about the real-life abilities of nature's most fantastic creatures. Why do lemurs let off stink bombs? Which mysterious animal can regrow its limbs? The answers to all of these questions (and more) can be found along the trail. Once you reach Superhero HQ and complete your mission, you can test out the Zoo's Capes of Confusion game – designed to baffle and fascinate tiny adventurers.

Armed with a special comic book, children of all ages can explore the wonderful world of wildlife. With fun activities and games to guide them through this animal adventure, there's no excuse to miss out on this phenomenal expedition. The Trail has been designed as part of ZSL's year-long Superhero Takeover, which aims to celebrate wildlife and the people working to protect it.

As part of the Easter festivities, the Zoo will host not one, but two, crime-fighting heroes from popular children's TV show, PJMasks. Join Owlette and Catboy at ZSL from 7 – 8 April at a special meet and greet event.
