Derren Brown, international man of mystery and magic, will reappear in London’s West End with his new show, Underground.

The BAFTA and Olivier Award-winning magician has been performing Underground across the UK, and the tour will conclude in London at the Playhouse Theatre. The show is a compilation of Brown's favourite acts from his previous stage productions, including Infamous, Svengali, Enigma, and Something Wicked This Way Comes.

Forget about rabbits being pulled out of top hats – Brown's repertoire has involved sticking viewers to their seats during his television appearances and hypnotising managers into committing armed robbery in the streets.

Starting on 11 September, fans of Brown will have the opportunity to watch his sleight of hand and acts of psychological manipulation live on stage. Book now – tickets sell out so fast you’d think it was magic.

Recommended for ages: 12+

  • Terroirs

The sort of wine bar/restaurant you never want to leave, this place has two separate floors depending on whether you fancy something bustling or more chilled. The French menu features both small plates and charcuterie alongside plats du jour that might include gilt head bream, monk’s beard, broad beans and rouille.
