Get ready for one of the new best new places to eat: Street Feast have announced their seasonal residence at the brand new Hawker House in Canada Water.

Some of the biggest names in the London street food scene will be represented at the new Hawker House, Canada Water. When it's cold and raining outside, street food doesn't sound all that appealing. What now for the team behind Street Feast, the roving 'street food circus', until the clouds break and spring arrives? Never fear since, for the next ten weekends, you'll find the SF team in Canada Water, where they'll be hosting the latest incarnation of Hawker House, bringing together pop-ups and indie food-sellers from across London to create a foodie paradise, this time over two floors in a disused warehouse next to Canada Water station.

The night market will greet diners with the return of street food favourites such as Indian snack stop Rola Wala, Mexican-inspired Breddos and meaty Smokestak. They will also be bringing new concepts and traders: Kimchinary serving Mexi-Korean wraps; Mother Clucker and their tea-brined buttermilk fried chicken; Club Mexicana offering meat-free tacos and burritos; and Chin Chin Labs, making nitro-frozen ice cream.

In total fourteen different food traders, the best in London street food markets, will be on site over the course of the run.

There's no shortage of drinking space: up on the top floor you'll find the Milk & Honey Mercury Lounge, serving up wines and craft beers as well as icy-cold cans of lager at Can Hatch. For a more sophisticated feel, you can drink Street Vin and for special cocktails and speedier service, look out for The 86, tucked away, but worth the visit.

The market will run until early spring. Visit streetfeastlondon.com.

So get ready to dance the night away at this eclectic event: the alternative market from the Street Feast team is going to be one of the best places to eat in London this weekend (and seven weekends to come).

Expect hearty Street food from around the world, such as Crab Meat Fries from Prawnography, Smoked Pork Knuckles from Smokestak, and juicy, gutsy burgers from Chuck Burgers. Not one to miss for foodies with a healthy appetite, entry is free before 7pm and £3 after.
