Madrid market cooking will soon be just a stone’s throw away from Clapham Common and the pop-up is devising a menu that will be more extensive than ever before. In addition to comprising the usual squid-focused street delicacies – notably their signature Squid Kitchen Cones with Vampire Killer aioli – the chefs will be cooking up classic snacks inspired by the varied dishes of the Spanish capital. Expect explosive flavours from their Fiery Chorizo Stew, Godfather Peppers and Patatas Bravas.
Every Friday night the Squid Kitchen kicks off the weekend with the entertaining #FishFryDay, and to carry you through there are “Bottomless Brunch” Bloody Marys on offer to wash down their all-day breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays.
