New pop up restaurant, East London
Foodies are getting excited about this new and trendy restaurant in London, pop up turned new BBQ restaurant. London food hub, Spitalfields Market, is now home to HotBox BBQ.

Head Chef Lewis Spencer has created an exciting menu, which draws influences from journeys through the Deep South, and fuses these with ingredients and techniques from further afield.
We are particularly taken with his wagyu short rib tacos, and the fluffy slow smoked char siu pork buns. Keep some room for the sides, however - the bone marrow gravy mash and smoked mac ‘n’ cheese are both definite highlights too. With their emphasis on high quality ingredients that are cooked to perfection, Hot Box is also becoming a contender for serving up some of the best ribs in London.
46 & Mercy, London cocktail bar
To wash down this hearty fare, the bar is well stocked with the finest microbrewery beers from London and the US, while bourbons, scotch and rye whiskies are also in plentiful supply. You can also retire to cocktail bar, 46 & Mercy, which is handily tucked away in the basement beneath.
