Now the museum/art gallery dining room is as exciting as the post exhibition shop
Along with its relocation to Kensington, The Design Museum has a new restaurant, Parabola, replacing much loved Blueprint Cafe famously run by Jeremy Lee. Its unusual name refers to the dramatic curved swoosh of the roof of the building. The calm, muted interior design is by Sir Terence Conran himself, who runs the restaurant with his business partner Peter Preston.
Although, the much heralded partnership with Rowley Leigh is no longer, there's a good Mediterranean accented menu using seasonal British produce.
