While their timekeeping purpose may have
been supplanted in the age of the iPhone, there are few things quite so stylish as a watch.
From their elaborate internal workings to their beautifully crafted faces, a
good watch is a miniature masterpiece of design and technology.
SalonQP offers most to those with a
pre-existing predilection for portable timepieces. It’s also – a symptom of the
watch-making world in general – skewed somewhat towards designs for men, although there
are still numerous delectable woman’s watches on display. But even if you have
never been of a horological bent, the invention on offer here is infectious, matched
by the expertise and enthusiasm of the stallholders.
Whatever you wear on your
wrist as you walk in, you’ll walk out with a burning desire to replace it.
