Fusing jaw-dropping choreography with heart-pounding music, this ballroom dancing spectacular is an obvious must-see for Strictly Come Dancing fans.

The exhilarating production has been crafted over the past two years by Jason Gilkison and Peta Roby. As one of Australia’s most successful dance couples, the pair performed in the original version of Burn the Floor in 1999, dancing with the company as lead dancers until 2006. Now artistic director and associate producer, respectively, their updated show takes its lead from the fancy footwork seen in international style ballroom dance competitions.

A talented ensemble cast of 14 champion dancers breathes new life into classic dances including the Viennese waltz, foxtrot, samba, tango and jive, accompanied by a live band and two sensational singers.

Expect to be fired up when Burn the Floor’s passionate movers burst onto the stage – their infectious sense of fun will likely have you wanting to join in!

  • The Delaunay

The Delaunay is an elegant dining room in the tradition of grand Viennese cafés, but for a quick bite you might want to pop into its informal café, The Counter. Either way, you are sure to be tempted by the offerings on display on the Delaunay's roaming cake stand.

  • Roka, Aldwych

There are four Rokas around London – Mayfair, Aldwych, Canary Wharf, and Fitzrovia – and each one provides a dark urbane corner for some of the best (if most expensive) Japanese food in London.

  • Jidori, Covent Garden

Jidori is London’s major yakitori restaurant, a popular type of eatery in Japan where the menu consists of one main dish: chicken skewers. Here you can sample a wide range of these Japanese-style kebabs and more to get a flavour of authentic Japanese street food. The tsukune minced chicken skewer and katsu curry scotch egg are particular favourites of ours.
