London Festivals: 2017's Big Line-up
If you're sick of being made to feel like you're doing summer all wrong if you haven't lugged camping gear and half an off-licence across the country and forked out hundreds for a festival ticket, then the London Festival season should be music to your ears.
2017 sees the return of some of the capital's favourites, plus some exciting new-comers to the scene. We've rounded up some of the best festivals right here on your doorstep – from the kitsch and boutique to the crowd-pleasing family favourites.
Some of these take over entire parks for three days at a time (East London's Victoria Park is a firm favourite among stay-at-home festival goers) and you'll find some under the radar running across your local pub circuit. Some might be just a little further afield, but definitely no Glastonbury-style benders here. If you like your weekends as chilled as your prosecco (in real flutes, to boot) this is the guide for you.
